Why? | As the back-to-school season begins, it's the perfect time to reconnect and refresh relationships across your organization. Whether employees are settling back into routine, onboarding new team members, or adjusting to new projects, fostering strong internal connections is key to driving collaboration, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
What? | The Back to School Connections program is designed to help your team reestablish these bonds, share new ideas, and prepare for the exciting challenges ahead.
How? | Participants will be randomly matched with 2 other colleagues for a virtual or in-person coffee chat, providing a relaxed setting to catch up, share back-to-school best practices, and discuss upcoming projects or simply get to know one another better!
