This program is made to foster interaction within the same team (or department or BU for example).
At regular intervals, employees from different functions or office locations but from the same team will be randomly matched and invited to get in touch.
The goal is to expand employees' networks and learn about different roles and functions within the team – and most importantly help you stay connected and share an informal moment and a laugh even if the teammates work from different locations.
