This program generates heterogeneous groups of colleagues from different professional backgrounds and different levels of seniority.
Those groups are made to chat and exchange specific knowledge and/or project without the usual blocks and obstacles. Engage peers in meetups or coffees to share challenges, advice, and small wins.
