What happens if I hit my plan user limit?
Don't worry, no blocked users or features! RandomCoffee applies dynamic and automatic billing based on your active users number and automatically adapt your tier price according to your population size.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes! All your receipts can also easily be downloaded directly from your RandomCoffee account in the billing section.
What if I want to cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time. Just go to the plan section in your settings, and then click "downgrade" on the free plan to cancel your subscription.
What are my payment options?
All payments can be made via credit card. For our Enterprise plan, we accept PO or wire transfer. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Do you have monthly and annual billing options?
Our plans are billed either annually or monthly. If you choose to pay annually for our Pro plan, you'll receive up to 15% discount.
Does RandomCoffee has a free trial?
Yes! RandomCoffee has a 14-day free trial which you can use to explore whether RandomCoffee advanced features is right for you. No credit card is required.
Is RandomCoffee free to use?
RandomCoffee has plans for teams of all sizes, including for very small teams. Our plans are incredibly powerful and are the best way to get the most out of RandomCoffee.
Do you have a Non-profit offer?
Yes! We offer non-profit structures such as NGOs or Universities up to 15% discount on any paid plan. Please get in touch with our team and provide proof of your status and we'll be happy to help!
