The onboarding buddy program’s objective is to allow new hires to grow their network during their first months on the job.
This program will directly pair new entrants together and the matching will be optimized to match people from different teams.
The main goal here is to help new joiners better understand the culture of our organization and boost from the start their sense of belonging in the company and workspace.
