We all have different lives and experiences at work, and I think we could all benefit from learning more about each other by living each other's lives for one day.
For this month, we are launching the "Live My Life" program, where each employee will be matched with another employee to live the other's life at work for one day.
You will be able to experience the other person's tasks, responsibilities, and challenges during this experience.
This program is open to all employees, regardless of their job role or department. We will be announcing the pairings and details in the upcoming days.
I look forward to seeing the new perspectives and ideas that this program will bring to our work environment.
