Interns often arrive at the same time but are scattered across teams, so they rarely meet each other. Without a peer group, they miss out on support, shared learning, and a reason to come back after the internship.
What it is
A community program that brings your interns together in small groups to share their experience, compare what they are learning, and build a network that lasts beyond the internship.
How it works
Every 2 weeks, interns are randomly matched in groups of 4 for an informal chat, in person or online. No sign-up needed: everyone in the intern community is included automatically.
