Hello Participant 👋

We are launching the Onboarding Buddy Program, a 90-day initiative designed to help new joiners feel at home faster, with the support of an experienced colleague by their side from day one.

Why does it matter?

The first 90 days shape the entire employee experience. A dedicated buddy helps new hires navigate the culture, find the right people, and become productive faster. For experienced employees, it is a chance to give back and strengthen cross-team connections.

How does it work?

New joiners and experienced employees are matched in pairs across teams, based on role level and function.
Once matched, the pair organizes 1 to 2 sessions per month over 90 days, at their own pace.
Each session comes with suggested conversation topics to make every meeting easy to start and genuinely useful.
At the end of the 90 days, new joiners are invited to join the broader internal network.
