Managers face similar challenges but rarely have a space to discuss them with peers. Most of their conversations go up to leadership or down to their team, seldom sideways.
What it is
A peer program that connects managers across the organization for regular one-to-one debriefs: sharing practices, asking for advice, and aligning on priorities.
How it works
Every 4 weeks, managers who opted in are randomly paired with another manager. The match email introduces them and suggests a few topics to get the conversation going.
