We are launching a Thematic Skill Workshop, a focused, peer-to-peer learning initiative where employees are matched based on a specific skill they want to learn or teach.
How is this different from a classic mentoring program?
This is not a long-term coaching relationship. It is a short, focused exchange: 2 to 3 sessions over 4 to 6 weeks, centered on a single topic you choose. Think of it as the most targeted upskilling conversation you will have this quarter.
How does it work?
- You choose the skill or topic you want to develop: public speaking, data analysis, stakeholder management, AI tools, feedback techniques, and more.
- We match you with a colleague who either teaches that skill or wants to learn it alongside you.
- You receive a topic card with session prompts and a suggested structure for each meeting.
- 2 to 3 focused sessions are all it takes to make meaningful progress.
