Why this program

Internal events bring everyone into the same room, yet most people spend the day with the colleagues they already know. The networking potential of the event goes largely unused.

What it is

A one-shot program that turns your seminar, conference week, or kick-off into a real networking moment by introducing attendees to colleagues they would not have approached on their own.

How it works

Before the event, attendees are matched in groups of 4 with people from other teams or departments. Each group receives an email with who to meet, so they can find each other on the day.
