What it is
A one-time initiative that pairs colleagues for a conversation about work-life balance, stress management, and what makes a good day at work.
How it works
Employees receive an invitation and opt in with one click. Participants are then randomly paired for a one-to-one chat, with conversation starters included in the match email.
