Hello Participant 👋
We're excited to launch the first edition of the Connect & Grow Mentorship Program, a six-month journey of professional development and growth, designed to boost your career through expert guidance and vibrant peer networking!
How does it work?
- This program will pair 1 Mentee with 1 Mentor based on specific skills, for a period of 6 months.
- Once matched together, Mentors and Mentees will have the freedom to arrange meetings at their own pace during the 6 months (our recommendation is to organize bi-weekly meetings).
- Depending on the number of Mentors/Mentees joining the initiative, some Mentors/Mentees may be matched together. Seize this opportunity to network together!
- At the end of the 6-month period, new groups will be formed, to broaden your learning experience and networking opportunities!
