We are pleased to introduce Cross-Department Coffee Connect, a new program powered by RandomCoffee to encourage the sharing of ideas, insights and experiences across the company!
The goal is for you to expand your network, learn about different roles and functions and most importantly help you stay connected and share an informal moment with colleagues!
👉 Here's how it works:
- Every 3 weeks, you'll receive a message inviting you to meet 2 other colleagues from other departments.
- If you accept, you'll get a second message with the names of your coffee buddies.
- Reach out to your colleagues to arrange your coffee, ideally within a week.
