Why this program
Mentoring has become a top priority in Learning and Development. These programs benefit mentors and mentees, align with organizational goals like retention and diversity, and offer a clear return on investment by reducing turnover costs, as shown in studies like Gartner's at Sun Microsystems.
What it is
This mentoring program uses our intelligent « Group Composer » pairing algorithm to match mentors and mentees, based on a chosen skills or area of interest, for a period of 6 months. Through regular exchanges, mentees receive personalized advice on how to achieve their goals while developing their professional network. Mentors see this as an opportunity to hone their leadership skills, and gain new perspectives and ideas (reverse mentoring) through their exchanges with their buddy.
How it works
You define two groups, mentors and mentees, and the skills or areas of interest used for matching. The Group Composer then builds all the pairs in one go, always one mentor with one mentee. Each pair receives a match email introducing them, and organizes its sessions over the following 6 months.

How does it work?
- Now that you are matched, you have the freedom to arrange meetings at your own pace over the next 6 months. We recommend bi-weekly meetings, as regularity is key to success!
- In 6 months, each mentee will be paired with a new mentor (and vice-versa) to broaden your learning experience and networking opportunities.
