How do I measure the impact of my connection programs?
RandomCoffee's admin dashboard shows participation rates, session completion rates, engagement scores, and network growth metrics in real time. You can export reports by department, program, or time period, and connect the data to your existing HR analytics tools via API.
How does the matching algorithm decide who gets paired?
The algorithm takes into account criteria you define: department, location, seniority level, job function, skills, goals, and custom profile fields. You can set rules to encourage cross-team mixing, prevent same-team pairings, or prioritize specific attributes. Matches are refreshed automatically at each session.
What does the experience look like for employees?
Employees receive a notification (email, Slack, or Teams) introducing them to their match. They can view their match's profile, book a meeting directly from the platform, and submit a short feedback form afterward. The experience is designed to be lightweight: most employees spend less than 5 minutes per session.
