Why this program

To truly unlock the power of a diverse workforce, we must go beyond mere tolerance and actively seek to understand, appreciate, and embrace our differences.
What it is
This program aims to create meaningful and engaging dialogues among employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, to enhance mutual understanding and respect. Don't hesitate to launch this program on May 21, "World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development », organized by UNESCO to celebrate not only the richness of the world's cultures, but also the essential role of intercultural dialogue for peace and sustainable development.
How it works
This program will link employees in groups of 4, based on their cultural backgrounds, for sharing personal stories, discussing cultural differences, and celebrating the richness of diverse perspectives. Specific conversation starters are suggested for this use case.
